Paralyzed Veterans of America, Texas Chapter would like to thank you for your generous donation through the CFC. We are grateful you have selected us as the recipient of your donation. We strive to improve the lives of veterans (and all Americans) with spinal cord injury/disease by demonstrating that life doesn’t end after an injury or illness. We encourage our members to get out and back to living active and fulfilling lives. This year, we were able to send 20 disabled veterans and their caregivers to the National Veterans Wheelchair Games where they compete against others in their selected sports. Not only do they gain self-confidence and set goals for improvement, the camaraderie and friendships made last a lifetime. We estimate that your contribution, along with others, will allow us to send 35 veterans in 2025. We truly thank you for your support and please keep us in mind during next year’s campaign.
