For the last 10+ years, I have supported House with a Heart Senior Pet Sanctuary in Gaithersburg, MD. Their mission is to care for senior and special needs dogs and cats. They typically have in the neighborhood of 20 residents that they care for (I sometimes refer to them as Assisted Living for dogs and cats), but they also have a number of grant programs and they partner with rescue organizations to ensure that senior dogs and cats are able to live out their lives in a loving, caring environment.
It's an easy way to help charities I care about.
It goes to care for the residents of House with a Heart by providing vet care, food, and supplies that directly benefit the lives of the residents.
