Injured Cat Finds Help and His Furrever Home

Sweet 12-year-old Tenbrook was living on the streets of Gaithersburg when someone noticed that he had some wounds and infections that needed treatment. After getting the care he needed and making a full recovery, Tenbrook with his gray, shiny fur, started looking for a place to call home. But it didn’t have to be “a home by a brook” as his name means in Dutch.
His handsome green eyes caught the attention of a woman who was searching for her next kitty companion after losing her beloved Maine Coon. Tenbrook and his new human quickly become close, with Tenbrook even being converted to a lap cat. He is now the “host with the most” and happily greets visitors. Tenbrook’s cute meow and distinctive squeak makes him a great conversationalist and if you listen closely, he will tell you the story of how the AWLMC Cat House helped bring him together with his new furrever family.
