Open Your Heart grantee partner, Alexandra House

For over 40 years, Alexandra House's mission has been to empower victims of domestic and sexual violence, and inspire social change, through education, support, and advocacy. All services are victim-centered, driven by the needs, strengths, and voices of victims/survivors. Alexandra House envisions a world where violence against women and children is unacceptable.

"A huge thank you to Open Your Heart for the funding to purchase 4 bunk beds for our emergency shelter. We were able to purchase them and get them assembled. Attached are a few pictures…Twin over Full and Twin over Twin. The grant funds we received ensured we could purchase the tangible items (bunk beds) necessary to provide a safe and comfortable environment for victims/survivors staying in our emergency shelter.
