Melvin has been working at the Marine Corps Recruit Depot (MCRD) since 2006. For the past 17 years, Melvin has been helping feed the Marines and maintain the Mess Hall. He is a very hard worker, known by his job coach and managers at MCRD as a kind person who is easy to get along with.
