Jobs for the Future

Millions of people in the United States are shut out of quality jobs. Yet everyone in our
country deserves a fair chance for economic success, no matter who they are or where
they come from, no matter where they live or what they believe.
Our education, workforce, and employment systems are broken, inequitable, disconnected,
hard to navigate, and filled with barriers to economic advancement.
We have to reimagine and rebuild them. The only way we can do that is together.
In 10 years, 75 million people facing systemic barriers to advancement will be working in
quality jobs, doubling the current number. This is our North Star.
