They bring me delicious meals to my home each week. Some meals are fresh for the refrigerator and half are frozen to take out for later in the week’s lunch or dinner. They also provide bread, crackers, juice, fruit cups and milk.

OUR MISSION IS ONE WE HOPE YOU WILL BE HAPPY TO SUPPORT
• Our volunteer drivers, provide 10 nutritious meals per week to senior Arlington residents who cannot provide or prepare their own meals.
• When delivering these meals our volunteers check on the welfare of the client, which may be the only personal contact a client has that week.
VIRTUALLY NO OVERHEAD COSTS
• MOW is a primarily volunteer group, our more than139 volunteers perform all the food deliveries.
• Donations go directly to mission related costs with minimal (less than 1%) administrative overhead.
• ALL your money goes to the Meals on Wheels of Arlington, VA mission.
