Of Mountains & Men (OMM) is a unique nonprofit dedicated to helping young men ages 12-17 who: 1) do not have an active father figure in their life, or 2) do have a father figure active in their life, but the father needs help teaching outdoor skills or mentoring the teen in Christian masculinity. OMM’s mission is to implement a Christian-based wilderness program through which young men advance on their journey in becoming capable, Christ-centered men. Through the experiences of wilderness canoeing, big game hunting and winter adventures, along with biblically-based discussions about masculinity, OMM helps guide teens on the road to Christian manhood.

Of Mountains and Men is a Christian 501C3 whose mission statement is to help guide teens into Christian manhood.
We do that in two ways.
First are adventure trips.
We're taking young men big game hunting in Colorado, wilderness canoeing along the Canadian Minnesota border, winter adventure trips in the mountains of New Mexico.
And while we're on these trips, young men are learning valuable skills that result in confidence.
Second way that we help guide teens into Christian manhood are our campfire talks.
These are biblically based discussions about Christian masculinity that we conduct during our adventure trips and they're designed to help the young man to answer four questions.
What's it mean to become a man?
How do I become one?
What's this beautiful creature called a woman all about?
And finally, how do I become really alive?
