Sentiments shared from one mom.... "There is a lot of bad and scary that comes from this journey, there are also amazing parts to this chapter of their stories. These little ones have no idea what their friendships will mean and what they will all have in common. They don't know that they all hold a special place in each other's mother's hearts. Someday I hope they all look at photos we've taken of them at Ronald McDonald House Charities of Memphis and just remember happy, silly, messy fun. I hope the piggy back rides, mini milks, pillow forts, tag and all the smiles take over any of the memories of pokes, surgeries, needles, medicine, chemo and endless tests. No one tells you when your child is diagonsed with cancer that you'll have the opportunity to make friends that will forever understand, never judge and just love and support you. Our silver lining right here."
