Calvert K-9 Search Team was requested by the Saint Mary's County MD Sheriff's Office in Sep of 2022 to search for a suicidal male subject. We arrived on scene where his car was located and quickly deployed 4 dog teams in search of the man, hoping we could get to him before it was too late. It was an hour later and over a mile away that the German Shepherd dog team "Sassy" made the find, and just in time. The man was taken to the hospital and recovered. Happy ending:-)
