Every year, with the support of CFC donations we are able to grant scholarships to individuals living with Sickle Cell Disease. Here are some of their testimonials from our impact:

"Receiving this scholarship allowed me to upgrade to a more advanced laptop. For my major, Interior Architecture, the second year in the program is computer based. We learn how to use certain programs that were not compatible with my last laptop. This improvement allowed me to complete my work in my room without interruptions, rather than in the computer lab across campus. I am extremely grateful for the scholarship I have received. "The aid that I received relieved a lot of unwanted stress off of my shoulders which was most likely one of the main reasons for me not having a lot of pain earlier in the fall 2021 semester.
The scholarship helped me focus more on my studies than the financial part of the school. Receiving the scholarship made me feel more rejuvenated, motivated, and determined to keep pursuing a bachelor's degree in criminology.
