VFW National Home
When I was 10 years old we ended up being homeless. my mother's friend told her about a place called the VFW National Home, so she applied and we ended up moving in. It was the first time that I'd had real stability in my childhood. Since 1925 The VFW National Home has been supporting veterans and their families (text on screen)
I've made really great friends here, but this place gave me what I didn't have, and that was support.
