Thank you for serving as a leader for the CFC. The resources and information you’ll find here are tools you can use to lead an extraordinary campaign. They have been organized into three main categories: Pledge Materials, Posters & Flyers, and Other Promotional Materials. Click the underlined name of the resource to download a copy.

Pledge Materials

Charity List: This piece lists the charities participating in the 2024 CFC. Don't forget that you can also search for charities using the online charity search.

Donor Card: This piece explains the four ways donors can give through the CFC and has a place for campaign workers to write in the CFC unit code and office ZIP code. (Download the fillable Donor Card)

Pledge Form - Employee: Federal employees and military members can use this fillable pledge form to give through the CFC.

Pledge Form - Retiree: This is the pledge form Federal and military retirees can use to give through the CFC.

Pledge Form - USPS: This is the pledge form USPS personnel can use to give through the CFC.

Login.gov Instructions: These instructions advise how to use the newly implemented Login.gov system to authenticate your access to the CFC's Online Giving System. Download the Login.gov Quick Reference Sheet here.

Online Giving System User Guide: These detailed instructions walk a donor through the CFC's online giving system.

Posters & Flyers

The suite of posters available this year have been designed to coordinate with each other, allowing agencies and installations to mix and match or change out posters throughout the campaign season. Click on the name below to download and then (1) print them and hang them in high-traffic areas, (2) use them as email attachments, and (3) display them on digital screens throughout your building.

CFC Briefing: Use these presentation slides to talk about the CFC in meetings. 

HAPPY Card: This business card-sized piece introduces what the CFC is and how it works. It also features the QR code to drive traffic to the website. Perfect for Keyworkers to use as a leave-behind when making the ask. Also great to use at events. And, will be used in the "GIVE HAPPY goes global" campaign activity. Want to print a whole sheet of these? Download this one formatted for an Avery 5371 template. (Or print on a regular sheet of paper and cut them out.)

Flyer "Just $5": Use this flyer to show how even a relatively small contribution ($5 per paycheck) can make a big impact.

Thank You Card: Distribute these to even participants to thank them for attending or send them to everyone at the end of the campaign.
